Mother's Love and Loss Retreat

Enter the respite of this 4-day, 3-night retreat, and allow your grief to gently meet Grace. You'll spend quiet time in the restorative beauty of nature; engage in soothing guided meditations; rediscover your creativity; and experience "new things" in prayer invitations. This profound retreat will bring a healing integration and deeper peace to your soul.

 

In addition to an intentionally planned program and all its special features, the retreat includes 3-nights lodging in a private room, full access to 38 acres of beautiful grounds, meeting rooms, 24-hour chapel, 9 meals, and retreat center amenities.​​

 

Presented by Rita Morton, Founder of Sacred Sorrows; and Fr. John Auther, S.J., Retreat Director at the Jesuit Retreat Center, this once-in-a-lifetime retreat experience promises to be a pivot point in your life, and a powerful step on your healing journey. We do suggest that you wait to sign up for this retreat until it's been at least nine months since your loss.
